How do I place an order?

To place an order, send us a DM on Instagram (@HustobClothier), WhatsApp us at +1 825-785-1471, or email hustobkoncepts@gmail.com. All orders are handled by appointment, and we'll guide you through measurement, fabric selection, and style confirmation.

Do you offer ready-to-wear items?

At the moment, Hustob Clothier specializes in custom-made outfits tailored to your measurements and preferences. We occasionally release limited ready-to-wear pieces — follow our social channels to be notified when they drop.

How long does it take to make a custom outfit?

Custom orders typically take 7–14 business days to complete, depending on design complexity and fabric availability. Rush orders may be available at an extra cost.

Do you offer styling consultations?

Yes. Free style consultations help you choose the right fabric, cut, and design for your personal style and the occasion. Consultations can be done virtually or in person, by appointment.

Do you ship outside Edmonton?
  • Local delivery & pickup — Edmonton area
  • Canada-wide shipping — via Canada Post or courier
  • International shipping — available upon request

All shipped items come with a tracking number.

What happens if my outfit doesn't fit?

We offer one free alteration within 7 days of pickup or delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible. Additional alterations may attract a small fee.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Custom orders — final sale; cannot be returned or exchanged.
Ready-to-wear items — returns or exchanges accepted within 5 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

What's your refund policy?
  • Deposits — non-refundable after 48 hours
  • Custom orders — no refunds once production has begun
  • Approved returns (ready-to-wear) — processed within 5–10 business days
